This training will expand and improve your foundational knowledge. The use of quizzes, reflection and case studies all contribute to clear and concise training. The 'nugget' that stood out for me was the practical suggestions and visual aids on how to present data in a creative way and encourage me to think outside of the box in how I present outcomes to my clients.

I learned so many practical processes and methods to use in this course, everything from tips on how to conduct interviews and observations to using data and incident reports in behaviour support plans. The case studies tied it all together for me.

The content is well structured, clear, and easy to understand. Each video is of a reasonable length and engaging. The course gives a really good overview of why it is important to establish a baseline and how to do so. Also I love the case studies, which provide concrete examples to the content covered.

Very informative and to the point - great resources as well to help develop a toolkit of measures to use.
