I can't seem to access a course.

A number of courses can only be accessed by Ability Consultants team members. Currently, only our Summit level courses are publicly available. Please feel welcome to send any queries to us via our contact form.

I need clarification on a topic — who do I ask?

If you're an Ability Consultants team member, for any questions related to positive behaviour support, please add it to your 1-1 agenda so you can touch base with your Team Leader.

I've already completed some of these courses, should I do them again?

If there's a course you haven't completed recently, you're encouraged to recomplete this course. Re-certification requirements vary from 2-3 years, for example, it's encouraged that you re-complete Easy English every three years.
