Welcome to Regional Development at Ability Consultants! When we start in a new area or decide to expand a region, our growth mindset is founded on practising person-centred PBS and the principle of attraction not promotion. This works by focusing on one conversation, one relationship, or one service at a time. We build capability, credibility and traction through our ability to deliver quality. This course will take you through the principles that guide us, the resources and support available and how this aligns with our values and prioritises growth with quality.

Who should complete this course?

All Regional Champions are encouraged to complete our Regional Development course. All Ability Consultants team members are welcome to complete this course. 

Are there any course prerequisities?

No — jump right in!

I've finished the course but I'm not able to obtain my certificate.
